MLB Daily Fantasy Algorithmic Picks for June 29th on DraftKings
- OF – Daniel Robertson
Robertson gets a RvsL match up against Sabathia who has been very shaky. Sabathia has given up 7 home runs over his last four starts. The Angels are projected to score 4.3 runs at home.
- 2B/3B – Taylor Featherston
Featherston gets the same match up as Robertson.
- 3B/SS – Hernan Perez
Perez is very cheap for a line up projected to score 4.3 runs. Sean O’Sullivan has just been awful and the Brewers are projected to score 4.3 runs on the road. He’s got a lot of upside despite being at the bottom of the order while Aramis Ramirez sits.
- 2B – Eric Sogard
Sogard and the As host the Rockies and are projected to score 4.6 runs. Sogard gets a plus match up LvsR batting second against a bad right handed David Hale. $3,200 is very low for his amount of upside.
- OF – Steve Pearce
Pearce and the Orioles welcome the Rangers to Baltimore and are projected to score 4.9 runs against them. Pearce is one of many to get a RvsL match up against Wandy Rodriguez who is coming off being shelled for 11 hits and 8 runs in 4 innings against Oakland.
- OF – Yasiel Puig
Puig has plenty of upside batting fourth in a powerful line up against a young pitcher coming off back to back horrible outings. Expect him to get a piece of the 4.9 projected runs at Chase Field
- 1B – Joey Votto
Cincy is projected to score 4.2 runs against the pitch to contact Mike Pelfrey. Votto is, simply put, an elite hitter. He has been moved back to the third spot in the order but still enjoys a LvsR match up. As long as Pelfrey pitches to him he should have a great shot to put up some numbers.
- OF – Mike Trout
Trout is facing a pitcher who has given up 7 home runs in his last 4 starts. The Angels are projected to score 4.3 runs and Sabathia has been absolutely killed by right handers this season.
Under the Radar Player
- OF – Alejandro De Aza
De Aza has been on a huge role recently. Facing the struggling RA Dickey the Red Sox are projected to score 4 runs on the road. Toronto is a good hitters park and De Aza is 4-11 lifetime against the knuckleballer.View all posts by Donnie Chell
