MLB Daily Fantasy Algorithmic Picks for July 28th on DraftKings
- OF – Chris Denorfia
Denorfia and the Cubs are facing the Rockies terrible bullpen today at home. They are projected to score 4.7 runs and will at least start with a RvsL match up.
- 3B/SS – Tyler Saladino
Saladino continues to roll. He’s got a good match up RvsL against Wade Miley and the White Sox are projected just below 4 runs.
- OF – Travis Snider
Snider is batting fifth tonight at home against the Braves. The Orioles are projected to score 4.3 runs and is extremely cheap for his potential value. Facing the inconsistent Teheran should be a plus match up for Snider.
- OF – David Murphy
David Murphy remains very low priced despite being slotted into the clean up role. Facing the most home run prone pitcher in the league with a 3.9 run projection that seems a bit low should bode well for Murphy. He will be LvsR in his match up against Chris Young.
- 1B – Edwin Encarnacion
Encarnacion, 6.1 run projection at home facing a bad lefty. It doesn’t get much easier than this.
- 1B – Chris Davis
Davis continues to clean up for the Orioles. He gets a good match up at Camden Yards with LvsR. The Orioles are projected to score 4.4 runs.
- 2B – Devon Travis
Devon Travis finds himself at the top of the Blue Jays order. His speed and power combination look really promising against a bad lefty at home in Rodgers Center. With a monster run projection this seems like a no brainer.
- OF – Chris Colabello
Yet another righty with pop against a bad lefty in Rodgers Center.
Under the Radar Player
- SS – J.J. Hardy
Hardy has been on a bit of a streak after starting off very poorly. With a 4+ run projection at home even against a righty the match up looks pretty good for Hardy. He’s still got plenty of pop and Camden is a great offensive park.View all posts by Donnie Chell
