MLB DFS 5/28: Lineups to Target

There are a lot of high over/unders for today’s games, so let’s take a look at the best choices.

Tampa Bay

The Rays are playing at the Toronto Blue Jays, and there are plenty of reasons to like them. First, the O/U is 9.5, the highest of all games today. Second, the Rays are on the road, so you’re guaranteed 9 innings. Third, most of the hitters are on the cheaper end of things, especially with James Loney hitting third. Fourth, there’s no chance of rain with the retractable roof. Last, the moneyline is roughly -105 each way, so there’s a small bonus chance for extra innings.

For all the same reasons as above, the Indians are a great choice against the White Sox. O/U of 9, -105 moneyline and most hitters on the cheaper end at the top. It’s a slightly worse pick than the Rays, but with a ton of people likely taking the Rays hitters, Cleveland may be a good route to go for GPPs.

Chicago White Sox

T.J. House will be making only his second MLB start for the Indians and looked fairly shaky against the Baltimore Orioles. With the White Sox bats and still a lot of solid value plays with Jose Abreu out, the White Sox are essentially as great of a team to load up on as the Indians.
